Job summary
The Executive Director of Home Health and Hospice is responsible for total management development operation and evaluation of the Home Care Home Based Palliative Care and Hospice Agency consistent with policies procedures directives from the Governing Body.This position serves as Administrator of the Home Health Agency as well as the Hospice Program meeting any applicable requirements of California regulations Medicare regulations Accreditation Standards for Home Health and Hospice Care.
- Assumes fiscal responsibility for conducting operations within scope authorized program budget
- Develops administrative procedures to assure fiscal accountability control equitable personnel practices efficient office management attainment management objectives
