+Responsibilities
- Scales mixes and bakes various bakery goods Maintains proper inventory levels of products and ensures the cleanliness appearance of the bakery department meets standards Performs other related work Generally works am pm shifts between am pm Ensures quality goods following code dating procedures legal regulations labeling packaging for all instore bakery products Ensures quantity goods available keeping manager informed stock levels accurately filling out inventory production sheets scheduled Produces breadsrolls mixing recipes setting up racks pans setting up machines operating machines lifting product measuring ingredients operating oven proof box Pushing pulling racks Opens closes bakery according to company procedures Performs other duties assigned needed Suggestive selling techniques person phone intercom Displays goods following packaging handling procedures Follows guidelines setting maintaining stock cleanliness appeal product show cases display tables special displays proper signing Procedures Assist customers inquiries i.e special orders cakes other items knowing current pricing ingredients availability product advertised merchandise etc Ensures quality appears standard industry label food safety inspection Ensures quantity available informing manager accurately filling inventory production sheets scheduled Performs primary duties efficiently accuracy managing time meeting deadlines prioritizing simultaneous tasks multitasking Works teamoriented collaborative environment strong customer service orientation Operates kitchen utensils equipment manual dexterity speed accuracy hand eye coordination Demonstrates knowledge content perishability safety sanitation policies government regulations Must years age older Food Handlers Certification State Laws Machines Equipment Operated Ovens proof box mixers bread sheeter flour dump bins floor scrubber dishwasher rack washer pallet jack microwave20pt divider36pt divider donut filler unit airbrush date gun scan gun DIGI printer label machine ink jet printer The above statements intended describe general nature work performed employees assigned this job All employees must comply Company policies applicable laws Responsibilities duties qualifications required personnel may vary As community continues grow variety perspectives wide range experiences essential strategy success Committed cultivating celebrating inclusive environment employees valued respected
