    Noblis is seeking interested Public Health Analysts in supporting the Office of Health Security under the Department of Homeland Security to prepare for and respond to health crises while advancing the organization's mission to serve as the principal medical, workforce health and safety, and public health authority for the Department

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Technical editing and writing of health security products, standard operating procedures and other relevant documentation.
    • Briefing key government staff and external partners on high priority events and analytical products and services.
    • Surveying partners for requirements and user satisfaction with delivered products and services.
    • Innovating around new methodologies, processes, and products to enhance health security outcomes.
    • Data and information monitoring and analysis pertaining to health events.
    • Developing novel approaches to data and information assessment, visualization, processing, and management.
    • Planning and facilitating meetings with government officials including the crafting of briefing materials for a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences

    Required Qualifications Requirements for this role include:

    • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
    • An active Secret security clearance or higher.
    • Master's degree with 3-10 years of applicable experience in a scientific, medical, veterinary, or public health field or in a related discipline
    Bachelor's degree with a greater number of years of applicable experience also considered.


    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Well organized, critical thinker, exceptional customer service skills for engaging with federal government clients

    Desired skills and knowledge:

    • Previous professional work with federal, state and/or local governments entities.
    • Knowledge on health security, public health, and/or biodefense subject areas

    Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
    The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
    Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
    The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees
    Posted Salary Range USD $80, USD $140,200.00 /Yr
