- Process payroll weekly using ADP for field staff
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Keep accurate records of hours, wages, and deductions
- Generate and submit certified payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Address employee payroll queries
- Support payroll reporting and audits
- Collaborate with HR and accounting for accurate payroll
- Bachelor's degree or CPP (Certified Payroll Professions) preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in payroll processing, garnishments, and taxes
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with ADP payroll systems
