- Assist patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Follow care plans and ensure patients receive appropriate treatments and medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
