Responsible for the assessment,evaluation, and treatment of patients, specifically those withacute and/or chronic wounds, ostomy management and education aswell as management of fistulae, tubes, skin, and incontinenceissues.
Works in conjunction with physicians, nursing staff andancillary staff to evaluate, propose, plan and perform patientassessment and treatments.Non-Certified - FTDayShift

Qualifications:
MINIMUMEDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of anaccredited school in the field of Nursing, Physical Therapy, orOccupational Therapy.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
Two years of clinical experiencerequired.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONREQUIRED BY LAW:
BLS certification with currentlicensure in the State of Georgia as a Physical Therapist,Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist. Must maintain CEUs asrequired by the state.
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelors degree preferred. Two(2) years of clinical experience in wound/ostomy care andmanagement preferred. Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) or CertifiedWound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) preferred. Experience workingin research, analysis of data, and editing collateralpreferred.
