    Job Details

    Are you passionate about leveraging technology to transform the film industry? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where innovation is the norm? If so, we want to hear from you As a Senior Backend Engineer at RivetAI, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems with a focus on machine learning pipelines.

    You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to develop scalable solutions that power our AI-driven film production platform.

    Responsibilities
    Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using
    Developing and optimizing machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, and inference.
    Integrating machine learning models into our platform and ensuring their seamless operation.
    Building new APIs and data models to support our web application
    Build on top of our existing backend systems, data infrastructure, and APIs
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    Work with the frontend engineers to develop beautiful data visualization
    Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing backend systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
    Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in backend development and machine learning.
    Own decisions about technologies and frameworks to use

    Qualifications 5+ years strong meaningful individual contributor experience as a software engineer: designing, building, and debugging distributed systems
    3+ years strong proficiency in backend development using
    2+ years of experience in building backends for high-traffic web applications
    Understanding and working knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning Models
    Understanding and experience in implementing Machine learning steps, engineering flows and production deployments
    Experience working with at least one cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP with preference for the latter)
    Experience with relational and NoSQL database systems
    Experience with buildin large, high-scale, and well-designed APIs as well as high volume data pipelines
