Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model.

Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals.

Open Sky's talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to the individuals served.

All applicants with a related Master's Degree are strongly encouraged to apply and speak with a recruiter about career pathing, free CEU's and licensure reimbursement

The Substance Use Counselor will enroll, screen, assess, and reassess people served for substance use, addiction risk, and addiction treatment needs.

They also identify and evaluate risk issues, develop appropriate critical need interventions, and transition plans. Cultivate mutually respectful partnerships, set appropriate limits, and maintain a helping role with people served and family members.

Develop productive affiliations and partnerships with other community-based providers to enhance the agency's service delivery network, ensuring people have appropriate access to addiction services as needed.

Experience working with adults with mental health challenges, emotional disturbance, and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
