Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to lead our team in a paint body shop specializing in truck. As the Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the paint body shop operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of paint technicians and body repair specialists to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of truck painting and body repair projects.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Inspect work in progress and final results to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize shop performance, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
