- Responsible for providing back up support to all tasks assigned in the Credentialing Specialist Job Description
- Create & Manage Physician on-call calendars.
- Distribute Vacation Dates for Providers and facilitate appropriate clinical coverage.
- Manage Answering Service input calls on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
- Responsible for Onboarding and Off-boarding Providers and updating all tasks defined on our Onboarding/Off-Boarding Trackers.
- Complete Herrick/CCRMC timesheets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain & Manage QGenda Online Scheduling Software.
- Assist in Coordinating Yearly CPR Training Classes Practice wide.
- Send out monthly call schedules to office managers.
- Maintain & Manage Site Rotational Grids.
- Maintain & Manage EMR Clinical Templates + Slot Counts.
- Maintain all Tracking Spreadsheets within the Provider Services department.
- Attend daily team huddles to provide status updates on all initiatives.
- Creation/Maintenance on Credentialing and Provider Services Department SOPS as needed.

- Provide Support to the Supervisor of Provider Support on Department Projects.
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 2 year related experience preferred or equivalent in healthcare/business related field preferred.
- 2 year Credentialing experience preferred.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Outlook experience required.
