    Family Medicine Physician (FP)

    A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in Deltona, FL

    Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in a city located right in the hub of some of the best entertainment Florida has to offer. There are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities both in and outside of Deltona. With shopping centers, outlets, and shopping malls in the surrounding areas you can shop to your heart's content.

    Salary and Benefits

    • The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000
    • Health Insurance is paid 75% by the employer
    • Dental and Vision Insurance is paid 100% paid by the employer
    • Retirement package 403(b) 3% match
    • Paid Time off 12 days in your first year
    • Paid holidays 10 and you get one float holiday every year
    • 40 hours paid time towards completion of CME units
    • Employer will pay for two professional associations per contract year not to exceed $1200
    • Life Insurance $50,000
    • Long-term disability
    • Malpractice insurance
    • Full support staff

    Responsibilities

    • Monday – Thursday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) & Friday (8:00 am – 12:00 pm)
    • Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments
    • Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan
    • Must be able to see patients of all ages.
    • Average patient load 20-25

    Requirements

    • Clear and active MD/DO license in the state of Florida
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Will take ACN
