    Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's mission, vision, and goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. HR Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
    • Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and implement solutions to address organizational challenges and opportunities.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on HR-related matters to leadership and employees.
    1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
    • Implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
    1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
    1. Training and Development:
    • Identify training and development needs through performance assessments, skills gap analysis, and employee feedback.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
    1. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee benefits enrollment.
    • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations governing compensation and benefits.
    1. HR Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including employee files, personnel records, and HRIS data.
    • Prepare and submit required HR reports and filings as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management roles, with a focus on strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and talent management.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
