The Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring RXN runs smoothly across all internal business functions.This is not a traditional administrative position—it is a process-driven, writing-intensive role at the center of RXN's operations and executive support.
- Provide operational and strategic support to the COO, CEO, Head of Practice, and Chief of Staff.
- Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions for executive board meetings.
