    Description

    Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

    At Krista Care LLC, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
    • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.
    • Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Proven experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

    $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
