    Description
    Job Details:
    • Job Title: Production Associate Level I (Day Shift)
    • Overtime is Voluntary.
    • Work Location: Newberry SC.
    Objective:
    • The production associate performs tasks involved in the production of the company's products.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Feed raw materials into production machinery.
    • Assemble goods on production lines.
    • Monitor the production process.
    • Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
    • Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
    • Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
    • Pack goods to be shipped+ Maintain work areas and equipment.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    • Eligibility for rollover to a permanent position depends on your good attendance performance
    Job Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Must be able to speak, read, and write English
    • The ability to stand up for 8 hours a day with overtime opportunities possible
    • the ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis
    • The ability to pass a drug test and background check
    • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
    • Must be of legal age or older
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    Preferred/ Desired:
    • Need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
    • The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without.
    Schedule:
    • 1st Shift (Starting $16).
      7:00 AM - 3:40 PM (8 Hour Shift with 40 Min Lunch).
      6:50 AM - 3:30 PM (8 Hour Shift with 40 Min Lunch).
