- Ability to take and fill orders while delivering prompt and courteous food and beverage service.
- Ring up all transactions in the system.
- Assist in monthly inventories.
- Help set & breakdown concession stand and other areas during shift.
- Prepare requisitions when items begin to run low or run out.
- Check and stock supplies in counter area and display refrigerators.
- Provides friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external
- Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
- Retains and maintains complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction and be able to communicate both verbally

Concession staff are responsible for selling concessions to guests at a variety of events, taking orders for
food or beverage, presenting prices and options, processing cash payments, operating food preparation
equipment, and maintaining the stand clean and sanitized.

High school education or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in similar position preferred.
