    Position Overview STI-TEC is seeking Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations of service deployment certification events, or prerequisite training considered critical and mandatory prior to deployment to support a Combatant Command (CCMD)
    Support includes research on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues, obtain relevant DOD documents, conduct studies and report the results thereof, analyze options, and develop specified documentation to assist with effectively and efficiently carrying out the JCER mission
    Assist with applying scientific methods and techniques, evaluation planning, coordinating specifications related to computer software use cases and software demonstrations, operations research and systems analysis, program management expertise, and an understanding of multi-Service and Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to address the JCER focus areas
    Essential Job Function


    • Assist in the development and submission of formal classified mission reports (DRRS, TMT, JTIMS, etc.);
    • Assist in the identification of mission risk pertaining to cost, schedule, and performance, including providing inputs to JCER future evaluation and expansion capabilities and options;
    • Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned JEMSO Evaluation projects
    • Ensure the dissemination of guidance based on the leadership strategy
    • Managing operational evaluation schedules, cost databases, and logistical requirements for organizational daily activities, evaluation planning, and execution
    • Preparing and submitting products to leadership on risks, issues, and concerns
    • Preparing resource requests for multiple organizational sections Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
    • Competent writing and oral communication skills; ensuring quality products and services are delivered;
    • Training and certification as a PMP or equivalent; and
    • At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience.
    • United States citizen
    • TS security clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses
    An Interim TS may be acceptable with approval from the JCER Director Desired Qualifications


    • Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project or other scheduler type of software);
    • Developed repeatable, efficient processes for execution on events Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S
