    Job Overview

    Shift Managers play a key role in delivering top-notch Southern Hospitality to our guests. They ensure that our Team Members welcome guests with a genuine smile and warm spirit.

    Key responsibilities for Shift Managers may involve, but are not limited to the following:

    • Enforce Bojangles' quality and safety standards through proper cooking techniques, temperature monitoring, and waste management.
    • Assist in executing plans to maintain Bojangles' high standards.
    • Handle customer transactions accurately
    • Provide product information and assist guests with menu inquiries.
    • Train new team members on job duties and restaurant procedures.
    • Provide guidance to team members in issue resolution.
    • Perform tasks like bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs. when necessary).

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18 years.
    • Friendly and Positive Attitude

    • Reliable and Trustworthy
    • Enjoys and values Team Collaboration
    • Prior experience handling cash transactions
    • Strong time and conflict management skills
    • Previous experience using Microsoft software
