Job summary
This position involves conducting routine sanitation checks to ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintains quality objectives and specifications for live hogs heads carcasses viscera through sampling of product inspection of production methods protocols identifying compliance concerns implementing corrective actions documenting all above precisely accurately.
