Are you a skilled Senior Java Developer seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our esteemed tech team, contributing expertise to our mission-critical projects and pioneering solutions that redefine the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java applications in a secure banking environment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement robust solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven extensive experience 5+ years in Java development, including hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE technologies and UI development in any industry
Multithreading/Concurrency, Web Services, RESTful Development
JSP, Servlets, JSON, XML, JavaScript, CSS, Data Modelling, MQ
Experience in Spring Framework, Spring Integration and persistence frameworks like JPA, Hibernate.
Backend Websphere, SpringBoot and NodeJS
Tools Well versed with Eclipse/IntelliJ; Test Driven development and automated testing tools like JUnit, Cucumber/ Gherkin; JIRA, Maven, Sonar
Strong understanding of banking systems, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Experience in leading projects or teams is highly advantageous.
