    Join Cooper's Hawk as an Office Administrator and become an integral part of our team, where you'll be essential in supporting both front and back of house operations through a broad spectrum of administrative, financial, and event-related tasks. Collaborate with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center to ensure seamless office operations, precise financial management, and outstanding private event coordination. Your keen attention to detail and dedication to hospitality will help deliver an exceptional experience for both Team Members and Guests.

    We offer a competitive compensation range of $45,000-$54,000/year plus a bonus potential of 10%. The final salary will be determined by various factors including your experience and qualifications.

    How You Will Achieve Success:

    • Show Up Ready: Prepare thoroughly and maintain focus to excel in your role by overseeing all back-office procedures, tracking inventory of marketing materials and uniforms, managing cash reconciliation, processing invoices, and maintaining Wine Club membership data.
    • Own What You See: Embrace your responsibilities by managing private event bookings, handling payroll inquiries, supporting Team Members with policy questions, maintaining a clean and organized back-office, and tracking compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Stay in Sync: Communicate effectively with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center to ensure adherence to policies while training the Office Assistant to provide support during weekends or vacations.
    • Make It Personal: Connect with our guests by answering phone calls with professionalism, conducting post-event follow-ups, and ensuring special event requirements are met while embodying our values.
    • Add a Touch: Elevate the guest experience by coordinating Wine Club and private dining events, maintaining supplies for event execution, and ensuring accuracy in all event documentation.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    • Alignment with Cooper's Hawk values.
    • Six months of supervisory experience.
    • Minimum age of 21.
    • Experience in cash handling.
    • At least one year of experience in event planning.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple tasks successfully.
    • A commitment to collaboration and community building with team members and guests.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Preferred certifications such as ServSafe and relevant local licensing.
    • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with flexibility in shifts.
