    • ARROW SECURITY NYC REGIONAL OFFICE New York, NYPosition SummaryAs an operative of our company pledge to exceed client expectations, the Operations Manager manages staffing and scheduling of security officers for designated client contract/site location(s).
    The Account Manager acts as a trusted mentor to the security team and a quality service provider and liaison to our clients, communicating all daily operations activities with an effective and responsive approach.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    Manages 5,000-6,500 hours of contract hoursHandles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needsTrains, mentors and supports uniformed security officersLiaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approachProvides exceptional customer serviceEffectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract complianceDrafts and updates security post ordersDrives operational accountabilityOther tasks as assigned

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:


    Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accountsHave ability to work within a structured environment and follow standards of processesWorks well within a teamMust be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as neededAbility to work in time-critical situations with firm deadlinesWorking knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsValid Driver's License preferredHS Diploma/GEDFounded in 1985, we have perfected our approach to high quality security.
