At the heart of our hospital is a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are often the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating lasting, positive impressions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering phones, and managing check-in/check-out processes
- Educate clients on general pet care topics (e.g., flea/tick prevention, housebreaking)
