    Description
    Amphenol PCD is hiring a Program Support Admin at our Beverly, MA location.

    In this role you will:
    Assist with customer quotes, orders and communication for our Cable Assembly team.

    Responsible for daily tracking and tracing of parts, completion of pull requests and updates to monthly revenue sheet with open orders, completed shipments and pull requests.


    Essential Functions:

    • Customer communication and coordination
    • Order processing and documentation
    • Contract and order review
    • Daily Administrative tasks
    • Data management and reporting

    Required Skills:

    • Proven ability to communicate
    • Prior customer service experience
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office and Data Management tools

    Desired Skills:

    • Prior experience with ERP systems
    • Prior manufacturing experience
