Structural Steel Erection - Estimator GPAC is seeking a Structural Steel Erection/Construction Estimator. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for steel erection projects.
Utilize estimating software and tools to generate comprehensive bids and proposals.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate pricing and ensure competitive bids.
Maintain detailed records of estimates, including material costs, labor expenses, and overhead.
Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines by providing timely and accurate estimates.
Familiarity with AISC Specifications and building codes
