- Research and identify target schools, districts, PTAs/PTOs, community centers, libraries, and recreation departments within franchisee territories
- Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to decision-makers (principals, after-school coordinators, district enrichment directors, PTA presidents)
- Develop and maintain a pipeline tracker of prospects, conversations, and partnership stages
- Customize outreach messaging based on the specific needs of each institution and territory
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and demo sessions between school contacts and franchisees
- Serve as the initial point of contact, building rapport and trust with institutional decision-makers
- Support franchisees in preparing for meetings with relevant talking points, program details, and proposals
- Follow up with prospects through the decision-making cycle until partnership commitment is secured
- Work closely with franchisees to understand their territory, capacity, and goals
- Coordinate outreach efforts across multiple franchisee territories simultaneously
- Share best practices, templates, and insights from successful partnerships across the network
- Provide regular progress reports and pipeline updates to franchisees and Wize leadership
- Stay informed about school calendar cycles, enrollment periods, and budget timelines to optimize outreach timing
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate Wize programs
- Provide feedback to the Wize team on common objections, market trends, and partnership opportunities
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, outreach, or partnership development (education sector preferred)
- Proven ability to conduct effective cold outreach and build relationships with institutional contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and personable demeanor
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple territories and priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup for remote work
- Experience working in or selling to K–12 schools, school districts, or youth-serving organizations
- Background in education, edtech, STEM/STEAM enrichment, or franchise operations
- Familiarity with after-school program structures, Title I/IV funding, and 21st Century Community Learning Centers
- Experience supporting franchisees or distributed teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of school district procurement and vendor approval processes
- Initial contract period: 3–6 months
- Performance review at 90 days with clear conversion criteria
- Upon conversion to permanent hire: eligible for benefits, PTO, and enhanced bonus structure

Wize Computing Academy is a leading STEAM education franchise with 50 territories across the US, Canada, and India, serving 50,000+ students through partnerships with 350+ schools and community centers. We deliver engaging coding, robotics, design, and entrepreneurship programs for students ages 4–18 through after-school enrichment programs, summer camps, school-break camps, and in‑school workshops.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven School Partnership Development Representative to help our franchisees build and grow partnerships with K–12 schools, school districts, community centers, and youth organizations. This role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and pipeline development to secure partnerships for after-school enrichment programs and camps during school breaks (summer, winter, spring). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in outreach-driven roles and understands the education or youth enrichment landscape.

This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position with a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus designed to reward successful partnership development.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This is primarily a remote position. However, occasional travel may be required for school visits and demo days within franchisee territories, education conferences, STEM expos, and networking events, as well as quarterly team meetings or franchise summits. Travel expenses will be reimbursed per company policy.

High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities, including managing a team of outreach representatives, leading district-level partnership strategy, and contributing to Wize's national expansion efforts as a Regional Partnership Manager or Director of School Partnerships.
