    An award-winning, nationwide quick-service brand is looking to add an Area Manager to their team in the Tucson market. This franchise group continues its growth plan with multiple new store openings planned in the future. Casual and Quick-Service restaurant leaders are encouraged to apply for an opportunity to further build their careers with a company that truly values its team members.

    Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential, monthly car allowance, 100% paid employee health insurance, and much more

    Relocation will be provided

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of Multi-Unit Management experience
    • Ideally has Quick Service restaurant experience
    • Drive Thru experience is a plus
    • Clean Drivers License with the ability to commute throughout the Tucson area
    • Strong understanding of all financials related to the restaurant

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed budgeted sales for supervised restaurants
    • Perform visits to each restaurant weekly
    • Work to create and maintain an enjoyable and respectful environment
    • Hire, train, develop, and retain the necessary staff members
    • Prepare a plan of action, a weekly schedule of activities, and restaurant visits
