As a Capital Procurement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the meticulous management of Purchase Order creation and invoice management for capital equipment and services.
This pivotal role supports Corporate Engineering CPMO Project Managers in procuring capital assets, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining seamless communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders for capital equipment and services in alignment with procurement policies and approved capital investment strategies.
Act as a backup for Factory PO Creators and ensure compliance with Perfect PO standards.
Manage Vendor Master Data requests and foster smooth communication with procurement contacts.
Facilitate vendor understanding and adherence to Nestle Perfect Invoice Submission standards.
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to resolve workflow issues and ensure timely invoice payments.
Support cash flow forecasting and reporting processes for capital projects.
Assist the Capital Purchasing Manager and CPMO department with special projects as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business (Finance preferred) or a related analytical field (a plus, but not required).Proven success in Procure to Pay processes and transactions (minimum 2 years).Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, manufacturing, procurement, or engineering (preferred).Strong SAP skills, with expertise in Procure to Pay modules highly desirable (SAP is mandatory).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and analytical with proficiency in MS Office and Power Platforms.
Pay:
$ $33 /hr.
