Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, results oriented, PROJECT MANAGER to grow our sitework and paving market in our Carolinas operations located in Greer, SC. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety, ethics, and quality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interfaces with customer, architects/engineers, and contractors to provide information for cost data regarding project feasibility.
Scheduling of crews, subs and coordination of material shipments.
Handle customer complaints if required by site.
Maintains current, accurate information on pricing and cost variance.
Follows up on job progress and status of estimates.
Assists in compiling annual reports and budgets.
Assists with input of information for preparation of segment business plan.
May be called upon by the manager to perform other duties. Performs responsibilities included but not limited to those listed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
5+years of experience in heavy/civil project management and supervision.
Knowledge of managing DOT work is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relations skills
Experience in CPM scheduling is a plus
Excellent time management skills
Proven record of being a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision.
