Job summary
Role Specific Responsibilities Include: Receive and review annuity applications that are missing information, forms, signatures, and contract requirements prior to calling customer contacts. Conduct regular follow ups with agent, assistant, financial advisor or back office support staff on all outstanding requirements within published timeframes.
- Maintain internal databases and systems to thoroughly document work activity and ongoing communication on assigned cases.
- Consult with team supervisor and/or internal teams to resolve problems and facilitate accommodation requests.
