You will be responsible for overall site production operations; Accountable for all aspects of plant production performance while ensuring objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner.

Using Lean principles, form teams and involve people to improve productivity, decrease lead times, reduce waste and attain customer quality requirements.

Overseeing employee productivity and providing guidance and assistance where necessary to ensure that production targets are met. Planning and organizing the manufacturing process, including the allocation of resources and the development of production schedules. Monitoring the production process for efficiency and identifying areas for improvement to minimize downtime and increase output.
