    Strong communication skills High customer focus Mindset to work in global environment with interaction with counterparts across other sites in Europe/US Tool Knowledge of CATIA Solid works Creo Ansys Classic Dymola.

    Six sigma Lean methodology RCA Techniques such as Apollo Charting. Knowledge on Car body structural design and crash buffer design. Prior experience of working with Metro Car builders and Indian Railways/ RDSO. Experience with a reputed Multinational Company and ability to collaborate with global teams.

    Good knowledge of specific customers requirements on Coupler system Knowledge of the competition in terms of Coupler system solutionsProfessional Experience Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience from Mechanical Engineering domain.

    0 to 1 year of relevant experience on Coupler systems would be an advantage. Minimum 1 year of experience of leading a team in projects would be an advantage
