- Maximize intellectual property assets by: drafting high quality patent applications; executing sophisticated patent prosecution strategies; giving tactical guidance on the development, acquisition, utilization, and enforcement of global patent portfolios; and protecting new products, processes, and trade secrets.
- Help guide regular portfolio reviews and evaluation.
- Offer regular IP trainings and presentations.
- Negotiate intellectual property agreements with joint development partners, major research centers, customers, and suppliers.
- Deliver strategic IP advice for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and grant applications.
- Maintain close global coordination.
- Grow our portfolio and expand your experience.
- B.S. in chemical discipline
- Juris Doctorate
- Admitted to practice law in PA, and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
- Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks and trade secrets)
- Both law firm and in-house experience preferred
