    The position will lead the full sales cycle and marketing for multiple channels across several geographic markets.


    Responsibilities:


    Communicates frequently to clarify understanding of expectations, facilitate open dialogue within leadership and ensure that all company resources are clearly utilized to achieve annual strategic growth and operating goals.

    Executes on securing annual property growth goals, working with property owners as account managers, actively working in the Cohova geographic footprint to establish corporate relationships building our executive stay program, and leading the team to grow the reach of active consumers staying with Cohova in its portfolio of luxury vacation rental properties.

    The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Primary accountability is for establishing and maintaining systems that improve forecasting and attainment of annual goals.


    Key ExperiencesGrowth Management:
    Aggressively promotes the Company to maximize its reach and portfolio of luxury vacation rentals, prospecting, developing opportunities, negotiating, and closing partner agreements

    Client Management :
    Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with partners and companies so that the needs of Cohova, partners, and companies are met

    Marketing Management:
    Builds and maintains marketing strategies that support each of the Cohova markets and channels. This is the key challenge of the position as each market requires different strategies and sales execution.


    Talent Management:

    Hires talented, passionate, and hardworking employees to represent the Cohova brand, set goals, monitor work, measure, and evaluate results to ensure that individual and team objectives are met.

    Cultivates staff members for success in current roles and career growth. Conducts regular meetings with direct reports to create open communications within and across teams to drive success.


    Operations Collaboration :
    Collaborates with Operations to plan, organize, measure, and achieve results delivering an excellent experience to guests who stay with Cohova

    Financial Management:
    Prepares, implements, and monitors the sales & marketing budget. Approves reports, budgets, revenue projections, asset management, etc., as needed. Analyzes financial reports and conducts regular one-on-one meetings.

    Demonstrate a history of success across multiple functions in sales & marketing.

    Anticipate opportunities/problems and implement change to grow the business.7+ years of progressive experience in the hospitality or real estate industry with an understanding of asset management and guest experience.


    Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
