    Default job background
    Description
AM Law 100 Firm's Washington D.C. office is seeking associates to join its regulatory practice.
    Requirements

    Experience:

Washington office seeks a junior associate with approximately two to four years of experience to join our dynamic Energy Regulatory practice.

Energy Regulatory practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the United States.

We represent a significant range of clients on transactions, projects, and regulatory matters involving the nuclear, gas and oil, LNG, electric and renewable energy spaces.

Our work also involves a host of government agencies, including some of the most challenging and interesting proceedings before FERC (e.g., pipeline rate cases, LNG licensing), the NRC (e.g., advanced reactor licensing, decommissioning), DOE (e.g., renewables, funding opportunities, export controls), and other government agencies.

Much of our work focuses at the intersection of business, law, and policy on cutting edge and first-of-a-kind matters.

We seek a team–oriented junior associate who has experience doing Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") work in the natural gas area (ideally representing natural gas pipelines before FERC).

2 to 4 years of experience.
Approximate salary is between $225,000 and $325,000.
