    This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic nursing team as a registered nurse in the float pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.


    Job Description:


    We are seeking a highly skilled registered nurse to provide patient care in multiple units across the hospital. As part of our float pool team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse teams and gain experience in various settings.



    • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized plans of care that address their unique requirements.

    To be successful in this role, you must be able to function effectively within fast-paced environments while maintaining professional accountability for your actions.
