If so – we want to hear from you This role will support the agile development of innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments.

    What you'll do:

    Fuse is looking for an electrical Assembly technician to support complex production-level builds of circuit-level to unit-level hardware, as well as travel to customer sites to conduct installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is a full-time position supporting hardware assembly and production. Approximately 4-5 weeks of travel per year to support locations on west coast, east coast, and southeastern U.S.

    Requirements

    We are looking for:

    Ideal candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience with the following:

    • Basic knowledge for troubleshooting electrical circuitry
    • Electro-mechanical assembly of complex systems
    • Soldering for electronic systems
    • Subsystem assembly
    • Top level assembly
    • Parts kitting
    • Wire harnessing
    • Cabling, bundling, and integration of wire harnesses into networking systems
    • Knowledge of how to use multi-meter, electrical test equipment, and hand tools
    • Manufacturing process flows
    • Strong customer service skills

    J-STD-001 Certified IPC Specialist desired but not required.
