Description
Position Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated geographic area.
Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, promoting electricity services.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively cover the assigned territory, identifying key accounts and prospects for sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored electricity solutions.
Sales Generation:
Drive sales growth by actively prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new accounts.
Product Promotion:
Educate customers on the benefits of our service, demonstrating how they can meet their energy needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for growth and competitive positioning.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Goal Attainment:
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management, continuously monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the electricity sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
