- Days: Monday
- Friday
- Weekend rotation
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes proactively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and posthospital care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Compliance / Notes:
- Facility accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
- Staff dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury.
