- Python / C++ / Java development experience.

The role is meant for someone who has experience in leading a team in a fast paced, multifaced trading environment. As a Lead developer, you will provide technical leadership, while leading and guiding a team of software developers who are passionate about finance. You will also be a key decision maker in the hires made into the team whilst putting your own additional perspective on tools and techniques that could improve quality and drive better solutions. You will be alongside the traders and quants so prior experience in this is a must.
