    DescriptionBeso Del Sol Resort, a charming boutique property, seeks a dedicated Weekend Maintenance Technician to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. This role ensures guests have a seamless stay over the weekend.

    Schedule: Friday through Sunday - Hours are negotiable based on candidate availability and resort requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry work.
    • Conduct daily property checks to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
    • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition.
    • Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure high guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    • Physical capability to handle tools and perform tasks involving lifting and climbing.
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
    • Dependable work ethic and attention to detail.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Criminal background check required.
