Commercial Roofing Sales Manager

About Us:

We are a reputable and reliable roofing contractor with 10 years of experience. Our company has grown significantly, with a turnover of $20million and a split of 60/40 between residential and commercial work.

We are now expanding our commercial branch and seeking an experienced commercial sales person to build this area of the business, establishing new relationships with clients and nurturing existing ones.

Your Responsibilities:

Shape the reputation of our business in the commercial market
Sell our services across service, repairs, re-roofs, and new construction
Target HOAs, multifamily, building owners, and property managers as key clients

Requirements:

Knowledge of commercial roofing systems
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B commercial roofing sales
Previous experience in signing new clients and maintaining relationships
Ability to create and deliver presentations at board level
Comfortable public speaking to larger groups
