    Job Title:

    Director of Sales

    About the Role:

    The Director of Sales will oversee all sales activities for their division, responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals while providing high-level training on sales techniques and implementation of processes.

    This role requires a Senior leader with a mindset of continual improvement, fostering a culture of growth within the team, department, and company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop departmental operating guidelines and recommend budgets to supervisors through the budgeting process.
    • Analyze and evaluate data to establish departmental objectives, goals, and budgets annually.
    • Conduct departmental operations within established budgets.
    • Interview, evaluate, hire, train, motivate, supervise, and discipline personnel under direct supervision.
    • Maintain a constructive environment for the continuing development and career-oriented advancement of supervised personnel.
    • Manage problem identification and solving processes within the department and with other departments.
    • Schedule, prepare, and present seminars to train departmental personnel when needed.
    • Establish good working relationships with mortgage companies, Real Estate companies, and City/Civic/Professional/Business-related organizations.
    • Inspect and evaluate communities, models, and specs in conjunction with Marketing.
    • Perform additional duties as deemed necessary by Division Leadership.

    Requirements:

    Minimum five years hands-on experience in related functions.

    Four-year degree or exceptional direct experience at a managerial level.

    Estimated Salary:

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year
