    Purpose

    A full-time Software Engineer to assist client in creating and maintaining website with content, graphics, performance, and capacity. Also responsible for developing applications based on current, new, and future net-based applications. Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements

    Statement of Work

    Design, create, and modify Web sites.
    Analyze user needs to implement Web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.
    May integrate Web sites with other computer applications.

    May convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible Web formats by using software designed to facilitate the creation of Web and multimedia content.


    Project Specific:
    designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements. Contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings.
    Designs the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications. .
    Develops applications based on current, new and future net-based applications. Requires significant graphics and design experience as well as HTML knowledge.
    Proficient with researching, designing, developing, or modifying enterprise-wide systems or applications software
    Proficient with planning of system and development deployment and maintaining responsibility for meeting software compliance standards
    Proficient with evaluating interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of the overall system
    Proficient with Windows configuration
    Knowledge of C#, PowerShell, Batch, and Git
    Experience with Azure DevOps
    Experience with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
    Experience with controlling and configuring networking devices via SSH (Putty or similar)
    Experience with Visual Studio
    Experience with Open-Source libraries and documentation

    General Experience: 5+ years in the following areas

    At least five (5) years of experience in Software Engineering


    Specialized Experience:
    Active Security Clearance required


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
    May substitute with an Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience
    CCNA, Sec+, Net+ desired
