We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher to join our team We are looking for a long-term position with opportunity for growth, learning, and job satisfaction. We need help with recruiting, dispatching, data entry, customer service, accounts receivable and collections. This is a good career with a company that has been in business since 1995. Work hours may be negotiable. This position offers competitive pay, Paid Time Off, assistance with Health Insurance, and is eligible for bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Work with a diverse population of customers and employees. Friendly staff in a pleasant environment.
Work with team to determine best fit for clients, based on Workers' experience.
Assist payroll team with Accounts Receivable and Collections (No experience required)
Other office based tasks, delegated by management.

Qualifications:

This position requires a person who is patient, empathetic and wants to help people but knows when to be stern.
Good communication and decision making skills.
Basic computer skills required.
Basic math skills are required .
Must have personal initiative and a desire to be part of a team and help move that team forward.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
