    Position Summary:
    This position interfaces with Mass Channel Operations, Monster Energy Company Business Units, and Key Bottler Stakeholders to communicate National Mass Programs and to develop strategic joint business plans, implement and execute regional strategies in support of driving sales and share for Monster Energy Company in the Mass Channel.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders within Monster Energy Company, Monster bottlers partners, and Mass Channel retailers to implement key strategies and initiatives to positively impact sales and share through distribution, program execution, void closure, and innovation
    • Develop presentations and solution selling strategies to expand execution of Mass Channel home office programing
    • Proactively develop regional sales programs to drive incremental sales volume and share building opportunities
    • Conduct annual and quarterly joint business plans with internal key stakeholders and bottling partners to identify opportunities, align on strategies, and execution plans to deliver account volume plans
    • Initiate and secure meetings with Mass Channel customer operations personnel to review the Monster Energy Company's business and discuss regional sales growth opportunities to positively impact joint business initiatives
    • Train internal Monster Energy Company's employees on selling at Mass Channel store and market level utilizing best practices
    • Collaborate with Monster Energy Company's bottling partners on training and understanding Monster Energy brands, the categories in which we compete, and the Mass Channel to develop best practices for working with and selling to Mass Channel Stores
    • Work on special projects as identified by supervisor to grow Monster Energy Company's sales and share
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Collaborate with bottling partners to execute national and regional plans involving distribution, program execution, void closure, and innovation
    • Track, review, and measure all relevant data for the Mass Channel business as it relates to assigned bottler/bottlers
    • Demonstrate the ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutions
    • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, business analytics, and financial analysis
    • Candidates need strong leadership and analytical skills as well as insight to evaluate data and reports to identify opportunities for the development of selling presentations
    • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills are needed
    • Ability to effectively present in front of large groups
    • Ability to learn, adapt to, and implement new concepts with key stakeholders
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections
    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field Preferred
    • A combination of a lesser degree and demonstration of a solid track record of driving beverage industry success may be considered
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses.
    • Able to work independently while being a team player.
    • Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed; generally, 70% of time traveling.
    • Must be able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals.
    Pay Range : $76,000 - $98,000
