    Your Role

    The Digital Member Experience team is reimagining our digital customer experience and leading the transformation of the healthcare industry. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management Digital Member Experience. In this role you will leverage your expertise in Product Management and consumer experiences to help us define the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, collaborate with internal business partners on product deliverables, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, agile environment. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables such as requirements documentation, analytics, design reviews, implementation, and delivery.

    Your Work

    In this role, you will:

    • Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
    • Conduct secondary market research
    • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
    • Utilize tools for basic analytics to inform product decisions and show measurable outcomes of product releases
    • Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvements
    • Communicate user needs hypothesis to ensure desired product outcomes
    • Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy
    • Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions
    • Understand and drive User Research, UX to design and craft quality experiences
    • Advise and collaborate on test creation and setup

    Your Knowledge and Experience

    • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, public health, or information technology
    • Requires at least 6 years of experience in product management consulting or entrepreneurship
    • Requires the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams without authority
    • Requires ability to perform as a product area SME to educate others of product
    • Experience in an agile software development environment, with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles
    • Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, including written communication
