Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor elementary, middle and/or high school students to earn academic success.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about supporting student growth.
We provide 2-4 weeks of training at the beginning of the year. Plus, you will work with partner teachers every step of the way.
You will plan individualized coaching plans for each student,
monitor their progress regularly,
and develop strategies to improve literacy skills in math or reading. This role involves working closely with teachers on teaching methods.
