    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
    Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
    BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
    At least 2 years of acute experience or inpatient
    Must be licensed to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
