    About the role:

    The Marketing Strategy Manager will plan and execute account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams and cross-functional marketing partners, aligned to core account objectives. A successful candidate will draw on their knowledge of audience building and marketing mix to achieve strategic account goals including digital, events, hyper-targeted campaigns, and more. This individual will be responsible for not only program strategy, build and execution, but also the thorough capture and analysis of key metrics

    You're an innovative and strategic problem solver with a passion and enthusiasm for the marketing field and knowledge of how to approach ABM from 1:1, 1:Few to 1:Many Programs. You understand how ABM fits into a wider marketing and sales ecosystem and have the track record to help bring highly targeted, effective programs alive across our solutions portfolio. You take full ownership of your business area and collaborate well with peers to accomplish goals.

    If you have a strong background in content marketing, field marketing and/or demand generation with a track record of high achievement then this role is for you.

    What you will be doing:
    • Co-develop and deploy multi-channel ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs by aligning internal teams, and project managing execution to drive pipeline and revenue
    • Build and execute highly customized programs for high revenue targets
    • Conduct research and collaborate with Sales teams to build and execute highly custom programs
    • Build and manage nurture streams and warm lead hand off to sales team
    • Work in collaboration with RevOps team to ensure operational excellence across workflows, lead import processes, and reporting
    • Manage and update assets across all elements of campaigns: display ads, paid social, content syndicators, email marketing
    • Collaborate with Content and Product team to build and execute email marketing campaigns across prospects and partners
    • Provide best practices that can be applied across all other segments of the business
    • Partner with Product Marketing, Content and Design leads on content strategy, planning and executing high-impact ABM multi-channel programs: emails, events, webinars, ads, direct mail etc.
    • Work closely with Field Marketing to develop playbooks to strategically leverage in-person events to drive pipeline
    • Manage ad campaign budgets maximizing resource and budget investments
    • Connect campaign data, marketing metrics and insights to demonstrate business impact, providing ongoing reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
    What you bring:
    • 3 years marketing experience
    • Must be able to quickly establish relationship and trust across stakeholders and collaborators
    • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to draw most relevant insights that accurately describe the campaign performance and impact metrics and act
    • Ability to review/edit content with opinion and superb writing skills
    • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills
    • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), marketing automation, and ABM platforms (6sense, Hubspot preferred)
    • Able to clearly communicate new ideas and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams
    • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
    • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84, $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
